We guarantee the durability of our products. If our products are found to be faulty we will replace them, free of charge. However, our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

For household customers, we offer a money-back guarantee on our products up to 3 months from date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, we expect your item to be in the same condition that you received it. As standard practice, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that it has been received. If your refund is approved we will process this payment straight away to the original method of payment.
